As an Executive Coach, my first and foremost goal is to understand what desired results corporate clients are looking for.
After clarifying organizational goals, I often offer a workshop. In this forum I talk to the team about my services, discuss the importance of emotional intelligence and how it is correlated with individual and corporate success, and invite participants to collaboratively share their own experiences.
I utilize the EQ-i 2.0 in my work with leaders, a scientifically validated tool that measures the 16 different aspects of emotional intelligence. I provide a comprehensive interpretation of the results of this assessment, then collaboratively develop measureable goals that serve to enhance emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Individual coaching sessions are generally weekly or bi-weekly. I also schedule intermittent meetings with other members of the organization to assess overall organizational change and progress, as well as employee performance. However, the work done in direct coaching sessions (as well as the results of the EQ-i 2.0) remains private and confidential to the coachee only. By honoring privacy, leaders are more likely to be open and honest in their coaching meetings, increasing the ability to sustain long-term positive change.
I offer services in-person or remotely, depending upon your need and location.
