My Approach
I aim to help facilitate long-term, sustainable change for leaders and the organizations they are a part of. Research has shown that singular workshops on emotional intelligence or personality traits, for example, do not have a long-term effect on the functioning of an organization. Therefore, I provide individual executive coaching sessions as a way to promote and measure long-term, sustainable change.
I believe in executives’ inherent capability to grow and progress, and recognize that each leader brings a different set of strengths into an organization. I strive to identify those strengths and build upon them, as well as identify areas of growth/areas that are out of balance. I work in a collaborative fashion, inviting leaders to co-create goals that they feel are well suited to their own growth and careers. With an individualized assessment and corresponding set of goals, I assist in co-creating an environment that is most likely to facilitate change.
I continually keep the success of the company in mind, working to help both leaders themselves and the organizations they belong to. In this way, I aim to facilitate change on multiple levels by looking at both individual and systemic goals.
I work diligently to create a safe and inclusive space for all, working intentionally to promote psychological safety and equality in the workplace.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
