Allison Carey - Executive Coach

Some of the benefits that my coachees and their corporations have received are: greater work/life balance, increased employee satisfaction, increased productivity and profitability, and increased employee retention rate.

I have been a business owner for over 15 years, assisting over 4,000 coaching and psychotherapy clients. As a company President, I have an acute understanding of the importance of employee and business success. Therefore, I work to synergistically assist both executives and the corporations they are a part of.

One of the ways in which I coach leaders is by administering and interpreting the results of the EQ-i 2.0, a scientifically validated tool that measures the 16 different aspects of emotional intelligance. By utilizing this tool, leaders can identify skills at which they are more adept, as well as skills that could be strengthened. Research shows that increased emotional intelligence is directly correlated with workplace success, and I provide coaching that helps to facilitate this change over time. In addition, it has been proven that psychological safety in the workplace significantly impacts organizational outcomes. I strive to provide a safe and inclusive environment for the executives and leaders that I work with and promote psychological safety in the workplace in general.

I am a member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, Harvard Medical School Affiliate. I regularly complete trainings in order to have the most up to date data regarding the science of coaching and systems theory.
